Eagle Cabinet Depot Return & Refund Policy

Introduction

At Eagle Cabinet Depot, we are committed to providing quality Ready- to - Assemble ( RTA) cabinetry. Please review this policy carefully before placing an order.


Return Eligibility

Stock RTA cabinet products may be returned within 3 0 days of delivery if:

•     The cabinets have not been assembled, installed, modified, or altered in any way.

•     All components are in their original packaging.

•     The products are in new, unused, and resalable condition.

•     A Return Merchandise Authorization ( RMA) has been issued by Eagle Cabinet Depot prior to return.


Products Not Eligible for Return

•     Assembled cabinets

•     Installed cabinets

•     Cabinets that have been modified, drilled, painted, cut, or altered

•     Special- order or custom products

•     Clearance, liquidation, closeout, or final- sale items

•     Samples and display products

•     Products with missing components or damaged packaging caused after delivery


Inspection Requirement

Customers are responsible for inspecting all products immediately upon delivery and before assembly begins.

 

Customers are encouraged to inventory all cabinet boxes, components, and hardware within 7 days of delivery to verify completeness before scheduling installation or assembly.

 

Do not assemble any cabinet that appears damaged or contains defective or missing components.

 

Assembly of a cabinet constitutes acceptance of the product's condition, completeness, and suitability for installation.

 

Claims for visible damage, concealed damage, missing parts, incorrect items, or manufacturing defects must be reported within 7 calendar days of delivery and prior to assembly.


Eagle Cabinet Depot is not responsible for damages, defects, shortages, missing parts, or incorrect items reported after a cabinet has been assembled or installed.


Freight Damage, Shortages & Defect Claims

All freight damage, shortages, missing parts, incorrect items, and manufacturing defect claims must be reported to Eagle Cabinet Depot within 7 calendar days of delivery.

 

To submit a claim, customers must provide:

•     Photos of the affected product( s)

•     Photos of all packaging materials

•     Photos of shipping labels

•     A detailed description of the issue

 

Any visible shipping damage should be noted on the carrier's delivery receipt before signing.

 

Claims submitted more than 7 calendar days after delivery may be denied.

 

No claims for damage, shortages, missing parts, incorrect items, or defects will be accepted after assembly or installation of the affected cabinet.


Return Authorization

All returns require prior approval from Eagle Cabinet Depot. F mail: sales@ eaglecabinetdepot. com

Returns shipped without authorization may be refused.


Restocking Fee

Approved returns are subject to a 25 % restocking fee. The restocking fee will be deducted from the refund amount.


Return Freight

Customers are responsible for all return shipping and freight charges unless the return is the result of an error by Eagle Cabinet Depot. Returned merchandise must be packaged securely to prevent transit damage.


Refunds

Refunds will be issued after the returned merchandise has been received, inspected, and approved. Original shipping charges are non- refundable. P lease allow 5 - 1 0 business days for refund processing after inspection.


Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled prior to shipment. Orders canceled after processing, palletizing, or freight scheduling may be subject to cancellation, handling, or freight charges. Special- order and custom products cannot be canceled once production or procurement has begun.
